What are your cut off times for picking up an order at the markets the following day?
All orders placed Monday – Friday BEFORE 11am will be available the next day.
All orders placed AFTER 11am please allow an extra day (Eg - Order placed 2pm Tuesday will be available on Thursday).

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay via credit card using our secure online payment form or over the phone with our head office. All major cards accepted except for AMEX. You can also pay via electronic bank transfer. Payment to be made before order is dispatched.
Do your prices include GST?
No, all quoted prices are EXCLUDING GST.
How can I change my account details such as contact phone number or delivery address?
You can access the My Account section of our website by clicking on the 'My Account' tab at the top of the screen. In this section you can change your contact details, update your delivery addresses and add/remove items from your favourites section.
Where can I subscribe to your newsletter?
Scroll to the bottom of our homepage, enter your email address into the ‘Enter Email’ field then click the ‘Subscribe’ button. This will automatically add you to receive our email newsletter.
